How long does it take to process my order?
All of our products are handmade and produced by our small, dedicated team. We try and get your order made and dispatched within 24 hours, and often on the same day if the order is received early in the day.
Non personalised orders 1-2 working days.
Personalised orders 3-5 days (unless specified via email with a member of the team)
How long does delivery take?
We try to despatch all orders within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday). Delivery time depends on which postage option is selected at checkout.
UK
Standard delivery: 2-3 working days
1st Class: 1-2 working days (select at check-out)
1st Class Recorded: 1-2 working days signature required (select at check-out)
1st Class Guaranteed by 1pm next working day: 1 working day when ordered is placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday (select at check-out)
Please note we are rarely able to despatch on a Saturday, please contact us directly if this is necessary.
Europe
International Delivery: 3-5 working days (select at check-out)
Rest of World
International Delivery: 5-12 working days (select at check-out)
I do not live in the UK, can I still place an order?
Yes, we regularly ship internationally! Please note that delivery fees and local taxes and time will vary.

What's the best way to clean my stamp/embosser
Once you’ve used your stamp, cutter or embosser, the best way is too rinse with warm soapy water, using a soft sponge or cloth and the leave to dry.
Do you sell gift cards?
We do, if you head to the website and look under the "gift section" you can purchase these there. Once you have processed your order you will be emailed an e-voucher to send to the lucky customer for them to then enter at checkout.
What does the product price include?
All prices on the website include 20% VAT, but exclude delivery fees.
What are your products made from?
Our toppers and embossers are made from a variety of high quality coloured or clear 3mm to 5mm food safe perspex acrylic. Our stamps and cutters are made from high quality food safe PLA plastic, carefully printed for clear/clean lines.
